Hello and Happy New Year!

Thanks to all of you who were able to attend December’s Trainer’s Brown Bag – those who attended had a great time and learned a lot. During the meeting, several of the participants asked for copies of some items. As a result, the following is attached:

Meriwest’s Training Report Card – Their trainers complete this document after a new hire completes their training so they have a record of how training went and what recommendations we made
Meriwest’s Leadership Training Program Curriculum – This is a draft of the types of classes (both online and in person) as well as the books and other requirements they have of anyone who will be participating in the leadership training program.

During December’s meeting, the 2010 Trainer’s Brown Bag calendar was also discussed. Dates were selected for each meeting, and the schedule is attached – mark your calendars! We will follow-up with speaker and topic information once they are nailed down.
